Features and services of the website

SaveMyLife is a service provider or crowd funding platform which provide services utilized by the users (donors or contributors and campaigners) and the persons browsing or visiting the website to reach crowd, organisation and cause.
Services are designed to allow a user i.e campaign organiser to post a fundraising campaign to accept donations from those registered users.
By using the services of this site, you can create/start a fund raiser for the NGO partners and support their cause.

The terms and conditions applied to the website are:

You are solely responsible for utilizing the funds for the purpose of cause.
SaveMyLife will not be responsible on the amount of contribution received; it will be your sole responsibility to address any query on objection from a donor in regards to utilization of funds.
You may be required to register with SaveMyLife in order to access and use certain features of the services. Champions must register using their true identifies, including their name; if users are minor you may use the services in the website with or without registering. Certain aspects of our Services may also require you to register with third party service providers in order to utilize such Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, you agree to (a) immediately notify SaveMyLife of any unauthorized use of your password or account and (b) ensure that you sign out from your account at the end of each session when accessing the Services.

Use of the Website for any commercial purposes is absolutely prohibited. Unauthorized commercial advertisements, affiliate links and other forms of solicitation may be removed from User profiles without notice and may result in termination of account.

You are solely responsible for all Campaign descriptions, comments, video, images, information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials that you upload, post, publish or display or transmit or otherwise use via the Services. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree to not use the Services to:

Establish or contribute to any Campaign with the implicit or express purpose relating to any of the following:

illegal drugs, narcotics, steroids, controlled substances or other products that present a risk to consumer safety or any related paraphernalia;
human trafficking or exploitation;
funding an abortion;
utilisation in political purposes like contesting elections or any election related expenses, lobbying, organising protests, mass mobilisation of people, campaign for or against any political party, or any other activity that could be interpreted as a political campaign by potential donors or authorities;
credit repair or debt settlement services;
content or campaigns that are fraudulent, misleading, inaccurate or dishonest;

While using this Website or the Services, you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that:

belongs to another person and to which you don’t have any right;
attacks or attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers and services that belong to IG or engage in any network abuse;
You understand that all Content publicly posted or privately transmitted through the Website is the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated and that IG shall not be responsible or liable for any errors or omissions in any content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of, access to or denial of access to any Content on this Website.

– this is an effort by the company to help the patient family to raise funds using the technology.
– the company is not responsible or guarantee that targeted amount will be raised.
– Patient or family should not hold the company responsible in case sufficient money is not raised and the patient is deprived of any medication, surgery, operation etc
– this will best work when patient and family send the social media links to their Network whom they know.
– the donation amount will be paid only to hospital directly or any other service provider
– in select cases, some amount shall be credited to Patient father/ mother’s account for petty expenses. This will be decided by the company based on its experience and is final discretion.
– it is mandatory to update the status of the patient condition on daily basis. This can be self-updating the website, by what’s app, SMS, mail or by a call to the company official. In some cases, the company shall either call the patient,/ family or hospital directly.
– it is your responsibility to inform the company in cases targeted money not required for various reasons like., Patient recovery before estimated time. Change in treatment, sudden death during treatment etc need to refund the amount to the company and the same amount shall be used for the other requesters.
– in case not informed company shall be forced to take any steps to recover the money.
– In case of funding for a medical equipment and if it is of no use post hospitalization. Such equipment automatically becomes the company property. This should not be sold. We shall connect with you to collect it when there is a requirement and shall be shipped to the Patient ( based on the city and cost of shipment SML shall take the decision)
